I do t know why there's such bad reviews. I love my checking account with 360. My only complaint is the cards I have had for a long time, 3+ years have had no credit increase beyond the first measly one. I have newer cards that have ten times what cap one started me with and I've had less than a year. For this I deduct a star. But their customer service is always good to me also

love using capital one! they dont charge me service fees for taking out my money at other atm. They also provide credit score twice a week. Also unlike other bank acct I have, I am not required to have a minimum amount of money deposited.

So with my finances I needed a quick help hand. Fortunately, I found so many useful articles on this platform that gave advice on how to find new ways to make extra money during challenging times quickly and relevantly.

I have a been a customer for over 10 years, so I think I can really evaluate them in terms of their growth. Years ago, they had terrible customer service, but I've seen a lot of progress since then. Maybe it was all of the bad reviews and complaints? Whatever the reason, they've become quite responsive. Their website works and is user friendly. Plus, they have a Credit Wise feature which allows you to check your FICO and credit report for free! I think their charge dispute process still needs improvement, but overall, I'm satisfied.
