I really don’t get why there are so many negative reviews. My experience with the 360 checking account has been great. The only downside is that the cards I've had for over three years haven't seen any credit limit boost since that initial small increase. Meanwhile, I've got newer cards that offer way more credit than what Capital One started me with, and I've only had those for less than a year. That's why I'm taking off a star. On the bright side, their customer service has always treated me well.

I really enjoy using Capital One! They don’t hit me with service fees when I withdraw cash from other ATMs. Plus, they give me my credit score two times a week. And unlike other bank accounts I’ve got, there’s no minimum balance I need to keep.

As a customer for more than a decade, I feel I can really assess their development. In the past, their customer service was pretty awful, but I've noticed significant improvements since then. Maybe it was all those negative reviews and complaints that did the trick? Whatever the case, they've become much more responsive. Their website is functional and easy to navigate. On top of that, they offer a Credit Wise feature that lets you check your FICO score and credit report at no cost! I do believe their charge dispute process could use some work, but all in all, I'm happy with them.
